Bertile passed away on Sunday 19th January, aged 83, surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in Widnes, and moved to Great Sankey when married, finally settling in Mickle Trafford in 1978. She worked for several years at Lakeland in Bridge Street and was a member of Pryors Hayes Golf Club being Lady Captain in 2014. She had many friends and will be greatly missed. Her funeral is on Tuesday 4th February at 11.00am at St. Peter's Church, Plemstall, Mickle Trafford.
