The sustainability sphere is a circle which seems to just keep on growing.

Recent figures have indicated there’s been a collective epiphany of people realising that our fashion habits are simply no longer viable if we wish to try and aid the issue of climate change.

And in order to aid our transition from fast, to slow, fashion, there are a handful of sustainable pop-ups appearing in London over the coming weeks.

Because if there’s one capitalist time of year where our gluttony can lead the way, it’s the haze of Christmas and all of its accompanying festivities.

But where there’s a will, there’s always a way.

And these brands’ pop-ups will have you wondering why you didn’t go sustainable with your style sooner.

Sustainability status: Launched in February 2017 by New Zealander, Rebecca Morter, Lone Design Club is the eco-conduit providing small and sustainable brands with a viable retail platform.

LDC hosts two-week pop-up events every month in different cities, which they use to promote independent sustainable brands.

They’ve just launched their latest pop-up in Shanghai and coming up this month is their Shoreditch offering, a Bristol pop-up and even one in Milan in mid-December.

The brands they showcase differ according to the city hosting them, but among the brands on offer in Shoreditch will be Gung Ho, Kikito & Co. and the very cool Alison Fern Jewellery.

Can’t make it to any of their physical pop-ups? Not a problem – they stock all of the brands they feature on their website.

REV's highly-curated collections offer the epitome of refined and pared-back in all lifestyle aspects: clothing, beauty and homeware.

During their time at The Factory, the brand will also host sustainability panel discussions with notable green fashion warriors.

When is it? November 14-22

Sustainability status: The viral eco-campaign has found itself a physical home for its first pop-up store, which will feature a collection of pieces which notable Instagram figures have selected from different charity shops.

Cool-girl Emma Breschi has made a selection, so there will undoubtedly be some very on-the-money garms up for grabs.

Each influencer has chosen 500 pieces from the charity shop chain (whether Oxfam, Barnardos etc) they chose to partner with, which will then be sold at the pop-up store with all profits going straight back to the charities.

People can also bring along old and damaged clothes to donate via an exclusive clothes bank and the Clothes Doctor will have a mend and repair station offering alterations and showing fashion lovers how to repair and upcycle their clothes.

When is it? November 14-17

Where is it? 47-49 Neal Street, Seven Dials, WC2H 9PZ
