£5,800 of garden tools stolen from Dartington shed

Devon and Cornwall Police believe these four men may be able to help their investigation

Police are investigating a burglary in which thousands of pounds worth of garden tools were stolen. The incident, in Dartington, Totnes, saw burglars break into a shed and steal £5,800 of tools, including three hedge trimmers.

The theft is reported the have taken place at around 1.45am on Friday, September 20, at Landworks. Devon and Cornwall Police have issued images of four men officers wish to speak to in connection with the theft.

Officers believe the men pictured will be able to assist with their enquiries into the theft.

Devon and Cornwall Police said in a statement: "Police have released pictures of four men they would like to speak to in connection with a report of a burglary in Dartington, Totnes in September. The incident occurred at around 1.45am on Friday 20 September at Landworks in Dartington, Totnes.

"It is reported that a shed was broken into and £5,800 of tools, including three hedge trimmers, were stolen. Officers investigating the incident would like to identify the people pictured as they believe they may be able to assist with their enquiries.
