Casualty spoilers follow.

Casualty isn't on tonight (September 11), but don't worry as we're still here to deliver you all the gossip regardless.

Next week is very much a Jade-centric episode, which kicks off with the return of her mum Susie and ends with the nurse making a very big decision.

Meanwhile, Stevie puts her revenge plan in pace, Ethan is given some much-needed advice and Jacob is still struggling. Here's the six biggest moments to look out for.

1. Susie is back

That's right, next week's scenes will see Sophie Stone reprise her role Jade's biological mum.

Susie made her first, and last, appearance in Jade's special episode last year, but they haven't been in touch since.

So when Jade (Gabriella Leon) is asked to help interpret for the patients of a minibus crash, she is shocked to discover that one is her estranged mother.

Susie is relatively unscathed from the crash but Jade takes the opportunity to confront her – that is the second she has abandoned her now.

2. Jade has a shock outburst

Upset from her run-in with Susie, Jade walks away, past a patient called Mrs Coles, who is the leader of the minibus group.

Mrs Coles makes a request but Jade has had enough and responds aggressively – right in front of Charlie.

Shocked, Charlie attempts to talk to Jade about her out-of-character behaviour but she is saved by the bell when she is called by Dylan, who has requested to do a routine locker search.

3. Stevie exacts her revenge

As we saw in last week's episode, Stevie is now on the warpath after learning of Jade's involvement in her sister's historical accident. Sure enough, Stevie has wasted no time in exacting revenge on an unknowing Jade, who is left horrified when Dylan finds a small bag of drugs in her locker.

Jade happily complies with the locker search, unaware that Stevie had planted the drugs there, sparking chaos.

Although Jade tries to defend herself, Charlie and Dylan explain there are procedures they have to follow now and that she’ll need to attend an immediate meeting about it.

With Jade's career now on the line, guilt does start to creep in for Stevie eventually, but will anyone discover what really happened before it's too late?

4. Jacob is struggling

Jacob hasn't been to work since he was attacked by Tina, and clearly isn't coping.

As Jacob hides away at home, he ignores Jade's frantic calls for help over her drug accusation.

Still dealing with his complex relationship with Tina, Jacob is unable to leave the house, leaving Jade feeling alone and abandoned.

5. Ethan is given some important advice

As Jade starts to reevaluate her future at the ED in the wake of the drugs drama, she takes the opportunity to give Ethan some crucial advice.

Reeling from her situation with Susie, Jade urges Ethan not to give into his grief, for Bodhi's sake, if not his own.

Jade tells Ethan that Bodhi will never recover from being rejected at such a young age, reminding Ethan that it's defined her entire life and still is.

Emboldened following his chat with Jade, Ethan decides to reach out to Fenisha's parents, but has he finally had a change of heart?

6. Jade makes a big decision

With Jade's world in tatters, things go from bad to worse when Charlie explains that se has to be suspended while a wider investigation is launched.

Jade is devastated but has the unwavering support of Susie at last, who speaks passionately about her belief in her daughter and how she wants to be her mum.

When Susie asks Jade if they can start again, a tearful is overwhelmed with emotion. Afterwards, Jade tells Charlie she's made a major decision – but what is it?

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, September 18 on BBC One.
