Holby City spoilers follow.
Tonight's Holby City episode saw Henrik left distraught as Sahira walked out of his life, while Louis made a shocking move and Max made a worrying discovery.
Here are the biggest questions we've been left with until next week:
1. What now for Henrik?
Tonight's episode marked a major turning point in Henrik's harrowing story, as he bravely reported Reyhan to the police.
Fearing that history could repeat itself with Sahira's sons, Henrik told his friend that Reyhan had sexually abused him as a child, only to be left distraught when Sahira refused to believe him.
Despite having Fletch's unwavering support, Henrik was left broken when Sahira made it clear that their friendship was unsalvageable – before walking out of his life for good. But what now for Henrik?
2. Is that the last we've seen of Sahira?
Determined to stand by her evil dad regardless, Sahira upped and left the hospital following an explosive showdown with Henrik.
Given that Laila Rouass's return was never set to be permanent, fans will inevitably be wondering whether this is the last we will see of Sahira.
We can confirm that Sahira will be making a further appearance in future episodes, but the circumstances in which she heads back to Holby remain to be seen.
3. Will Louis be caught out?
Louis resorted to drastic measures in order to help his troubled friend Vicky, as his story took a dark turn.
After running out of options to find the money Vicky needed, Louis did the unthinkable and stole from the hospital.
Upcoming scenes will see Louis contemplate further criminal actions when his problems mount up. But is he heading down a worrying path?
4. What does the future hold for Max and Louis?
Louis faced a dilemma of another kind tonight when his grandmother Sanya was admitted onto the wards.
After tense conversations with both Louis and Max, Sanya's condition took a worrying turn for the worst – and that was just the beginning. Max was later shocked to learn from Ange that her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer 18 months ago and hadn't been honest about her results.
After discovering more, Max shared with Louis that Sanya had tested positive for the BRCA1 mutation gene, meaning they now need to undergo investigations to see if they are carriers of the gene too. Will they have the tests? And what will they find out if they do?
5. Can Ange and Josh keep their romance a secret?
Ange's secret fling with Josh was nearly discovered tonight when an unsuspecting Kylie almost caught them in the act.
As a result, a mortified Josh was forced to walk naked through the hospital – throwing up a bunch of health and safety concerns, amongst other things!
Although their cover wasn't blown on this occasion, we all know that tongues wag on the Holby wards – so how long will Ange really be able to hide her secret trysts with Josh in gossipy Holby?
6. What happens next?
Next week's episode will see Dom's story revisited as he learns the outcome of his compensation case, while Kian and Chloe make a shock discovery and Louis considers undertaking more criminal acts.
