Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.
Home and Away has aired an emotional week of episodes in Australia, with Mackenzie Booth facing tragic news and Susie McAllister's victims struggling to rebuild their lives.
Meanwhile, sinister nurse Lewis Hayes continues to pose a worrying threat to the Summer Bay residents.
Here are six big questions we've been left with after the latest Australian episodes.
1. Will Lewis kill a main character?
All eyes are on Lewis at the moment, as he'll clearly stop at nothing when it comes to his evil revenge plans against Christian.
We've already seen Lewis come close to killing Ari in a twisted bid to destroy Christian's career once and for all. Ari was only saved when Mia walked into the room and unknowingly interrupted Lewis's horrifying plan.
The show has also implied that Lewis is responsible for the recent deaths of Christian's other patients at the hospital, with the surgeon currently experiencing far more losses than usual.
In this week's episodes, Lewis hoped that Christian would finally be struck off following the death of yet another patient. Next week, however, he's disappointed to learn that Christian is in the clear, with the hospital deciding he has no case to answer.
Home and Away's newest trailer has hinted that anyone could be Lewis's next victim, so should we be starting to worry about our Summer Bay favourites?
2. Will Mia respect Mac's privacy?
It was a devastating week for Mackenzie, as she was rushed to hospital in agonising pain after collapsing at home. Doctors diagnosed a ruptured fallopian tube, caused by an ectopic pregnancy, and rushed Mac in for surgery. Her pregnancy was unable to be saved.
Mia discovered Mac's tragedy by chance when she spotted her at the hospital, where Ari was still recovering from his hit and run. Mac rejected any sympathy from Mia, explaining that she wasn't planning to keep the baby and doesn't want Ari to know what happened.
Mia later did the right thing by respecting Mac's wishes and not telling Ari what she knew, even though he already sensed that something might be wrong. But could the pressure of keeping this quiet start to weigh heavily on Mia?
3. Is Willow reuniting with Alex?
Since returning to Summer Bay, Willow has concentrated on helping her friends sort out their lives. Dean is now enjoying a happy family life with Amber and Jai after Willow's kind efforts. Willow has also succeeded in making amends with Bella after Colby's imprisonment.
This week, Amber tried to return the favour by gently encouraging Willow to consider her own future. Willow has been single since waving goodbye to her girlfriend Alex last year.
Teaser spoilers for next week's episodes have already revealed that Willow will start to hope for a future with Alex again – and Home and Away stars Sarah Roberts and Zoe Ventoura have both fuelled hopes for a possible reunion.
Could Willow end up back with Alex – and what will this mean for her future in Summer Bay if she does?
4. Have we seen the last of Susie?
Sneaky Susie has fled from Summer Bay, leaving a trail of destruction in her wake. The sly schemer did a runner after scamming Leah and Justin out of their $90,000 life savings and conning various local businesses into providing sponsor money under false pretences.
John, Alf and Roo have been left to pick up the pieces, as those who donated money to Susie demand answers from the Surf Club. Meanwhile, Leah and Justin's relationship is under severe strain after Susie tricked them.
So far, it's not clear whether Susie has gone for good or whether her victims will ever manage to track her down. Will the Bay's residents ever get to see justice served against the person who turned their lives upside down? Let's hope so!
5. Is Justin facing a new crisis?
It wasn't just the loss of his savings that bothered Justin this week. He also struggled with agonising back pain, which took a disastrous turn when he nearly died after heading out for a surf while he wasn't on top form. As Justin was dragged underwater by the force of a huge wave, it was left to Dean to swim out and save him.
Justin was stubborn with his approach in the aftermath, choosing to rest up at home rather than return to hospital to get his back looked at. But is it only a matter of time before Justin has to face reality and get himself checked out?
6. Are the teens' friendships under threat?
Chloe and Ryder went public as a couple this week, putting an end to their pretence that they still hated each other. While the likes of Ari and Roo were supportive over the new relationship, the pair's closest friends Nikau and Bella weren't so enthusiastic.
With Chloe and Ryder in the excitable early stage of their relationship, their hyped-up behaviour quickly started to rub Nikau and Bella up the wrong way. Chloe and Ryder's insistence on double dates and hanging out together as a foursome also left Nikau and Bella feeling overwhelmed, as they just wanted some alone time.
Do the gang need some space as they navigate this change in their dynamic?
