60 feared dead after school bombed in east Ukraine, says Lugansk governor

Some 60 people sheltering from the bombs in a village school in east Ukraine are feared dead after it was hit by a Russian air strike, says the Lugansk regional governor Sergiy Gayday. "There is only a very slim chance that there were any survivors. But we hope for the best."
