Casualty spoilers follow.

Casualty is not on tonight (May 14), due to Eurovision, but don't worry – there's plenty to look forward to in next week's episode.

As Iain finally tracks down Elvira, Paige reveals a sad secret and there could be a new ED romance on the cards as well.

Here's a full collection of the seven biggest moments coming up:

1. Elvira's whereabouts is revealed

As Iain's story continues, Casualty will finally offer an insight into Elvira's whereabouts.

Viewers have seen Iain desperately try to track down Elvira following the death of her brother Keidi.

Prior to his death, Keidi informed Iain of his harrowing back story – he and his sister Elvira had been trafficked from their home country, and all of their documents had been confiscated.

With Keidi worried about his sister – who was still at the mercy of the gang – Iain vowed to find her, but has so far had no luck. Until next week…

2. Iain finally finds Elvira

Having spent the past few months working at a car wash – run by leader Pavel – Elvira and her friend Mariam have an escape plan.

Elvira drinks a bottle of antifreeze then helps Mariam wash a car. When Elvira collapses, the oblivious driver calls an ambulance, despite Pavel and his sidekick Ciprian attempting to control the scene.

Iain and Teddy get the call to the car wash, but are told that Elvira has run away. Iain freezes at the mention of her name, realising it's the woman he’s been searching for.

3. Paige struggles to cope

Paige's story has been simmering away in the background for some time now, but will finally be brought to the forefront in next week's episode.

When a smitten Rash asks her out for a drink, Paige politely declines – explaining that it's not the right time.

Paige then struggles to cope in Resus and cries alone in the toilets.

4. Iain takes matters into his own hands

Iain gets hold of Elvira’s number and tries to call it, but it’s disconnected.

After being called out to another case, Iain spots Elvira – who has now been hit by a car. As Iain treats Elvira, he finally realises who she is.

As Elvira is rushed to hospital, her life hangs in the balance as a result of the earlier antifreeze. Furious, Iain confronts the police officers for not catching the traffickers in time.

When Ffion insists they need more evidence if they are going to arrest someone, a frustrated Iain takes the rest of the day off and heads back to the car wash alone.

5. Paige's secret is revealed

As Rash comforts Paige, she finally opens up about what's been going on. She tells him that her mother died six weeks ago and she's been struggling to cope ever since.

Sympathetic, Rash says that Dylan would give her time off if she asked, but Paige doesn’t want to be on her own.

They bond over their shared grief of losing a parent, and Paige explains that she needs to get a test to see if she is a carrier of the BRCA like her mum was.

6. Iain endangers himself (again)

Iain returns to the car wash, only to find the office now empty. Just as he gives up hope, he hears Pavel barking orders outside.

Pavel orders everyone at the car wash to get into a truck, but Iain confronts him and they fight.

Pavel almost pierces Iain’s eye, but he's saved just in time…

7. Rash and Paige kiss

Despite turning Rash down earlier on, Paige begins to reconsider her decision when he puts his life on the line to save her.

As Paige stitches Rash's wound up, she thanks him for risking his life for her and they share a tender moment.

At the end of the day, Paige and Rash kiss. Is this the start of a new romance?

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, May 21 on BBC One.
