Casualty spoilers follow.
Next week on Casualty, Jan finally learns about Fenisha's pregnancy, while Faith makes a big decision over her marriage and an unlikely friendship begins.
Here's a full collection of the seven biggest moments coming up:
1. Fenisha finds herself in a dangerous situation
Today’s the day Fenisha is planning to tell Jan she’s pregnant but she struggles to find the right moment. She misses her chance again when they are called off to a domestic abuse shout.
The two arrive at a deserted farm, determined to find the caller, Linda, before her violent husband Kevin does.
However, when they find a petrified Linda cowering in a barn, Jan unwittingly leaves Fenisha to stand between Linda and her abusive husband Kevin. Kevin goes to hurt Fenisha, until Linda shouts that Fenisha is pregnant.
2. Jan learns the truth
As they work together on the difficult domestic abuse case, Jan is shocked when the patient tells her that Fenisha is pregnant.
Prior to this, Fenisha does make another attempt to speak to her boss, but unfortunately, an angry Linda takes the decision out of her hands.
Shocked, Jan storms off but another bombshell awaits when she discovers that Fenisha is actually eight months pregnant – and Ethan is the father.
3. Lev fights for his marriage
Faith is still in hospital following the ambulance crash and Lev has made a vigil at her bedside.
With Faith ready to be discharged, Lev is delighted that she's coming home as he wants them to be a family again.
Unable to put everything behind her, Faith doesn't share Lev's optimism and reminds him of his betrayal. Taking a more gentle approach, Faith implores Lev to work out who he really is, unaware that Marty is listening in…
4. Fenisha and Jan come to blows
Jan is livid about Fenisha’s lack of trust in her and the pair have another explosive argument.
Hitting back, Fenisha explains how fed up she is of not being supported by Jan – her boss – and highlights how she was put in a vulnerable situation at the farm earlier on. Will Jan step up to support Fenisha, or will they never see eye to eye?
5. Marty tries to support Lev
Distraught at the prospect of losing his family, Lev escapes to the hospital chapel – with Marty in hot pursuit.
As Marty approaches Lev, he discloses that he knows about Lev’s secret as he heard him talking to Faith earlier on.
Believing his world is crashing down around him, Lev panics but a supportive Marty offers him some advice.
Reflecting on his own experience of coming out, Marty tells Lev that this is his chance to be himself – he doesn’t have to hide anymore. Will Lev listen?
6. Faith's health takes a turn for the worst
As Lev ponders Marty's wise words, he has more pressing matters to worry about when he hears that Faith has fallen unwell again.
Thankfully, Faith soon makes a full recovery but the situation brings Lev back down to reality and he angrily tells Marty that he's family will always come first.
7. Leon finds a friend in David
An unlikely friendship will begin in next week's episode, when Leon and David find common ground.
Leon reaches out to help David when his car breaks down, but his over-enthusiastic gestures begin to grate on the nurse.
With Leon clearly desperate to make friends, he lies to his mum when she calls up to check on him and claims that his new job is going swimmingly.
Thawing towards him, David finally agrees to let Leon take a look at his car and is amazed when he manages to fix it. Grateful, David thanks Leon and the pair depart as unlikely chums.
8. Faith makes a big decision
Lev is at Faith’s bedside when she wakes up, but his relief is short-lived when she reveals her decision regarding their future.
Faith tells a distraught Lev that she won’t be coming home – she’s staying with her mum while they decide what to do next.
Devastated, Lev questions if this has anything to do with Dylan – prompting Faith to remind him of what broke their marriage up in the first place. Is this the end of the road for Lev and Faith?
Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, February 6 on BBC One.
