Holby City spoilers.

Next week on Holby City, Eli and Josh come to blows, while Ollie hides a dark secret and Max feels remorseful over her behaviour towards Kylie.

Here's a full collection of the seven biggest moments to watch out for:

1. Eli struggles to keep Josh's secret

Eli is feeling the burden of keeping Josh's bulimia relapse to himself and urges him to speak to Ange.

Worried that Josh is spiralling out of control, Eli later gives him an ultimatum – insisting that he either seeks help from a GP, or he'll tell Ange himself.

2. Ange makes a decision

Ange is back at work next week, but quickly starts to wonder if this was the right decision after all.

When she struggles to juggle her responsibilities at work, with her baby twins back at home, Ange questions whether she jumped the gun by not taking a longer maternity leave.

Ange later makes a big decision about her future, but it only leaves Josh feeling more alone than ever.

3. Sacha fights for a good cause

Along with the rest of the UK soaps, Holby City will be joining an epic crossover in order to raise awareness of climate change week.

Sacha is excited to reveal his plans to make the ward more echo friendly, and his Green War of the Wards challenge is soon a talking point among the staff.

But while Team Keller are keen to rise to the hospital’s eco challenge, Jeong starts to feel increasingly side-lined and Max remain at Kylie at loggerheads over Lucky. Will they be able to focus on the task at hand?

4. Eli and Josh clash

Despite being keen to support Josh, Eli finds their friendship coming under threat thanks to their differing approaches to a terminal case.

The pair find themselves at odds over the palliative care of an 11-year old boy, whose mum doesn't want him to know about his tragic prognosis.

As he goes head to head with Eli, Josh finds an unexpected reason to take the Green War of the Wards challenge seriously. But can he meet Eli in the middle with this?

5. Max and Kylie make amends

Things are awkward between Kylie and Max following their major bust up last week. Louis is baffled by the tension between his mum and girlfriend, especially when Max turns down an invite to join them for lunch.

Max is keen to keep Kylie at arm's length, but still opts to work with her on a campaign for Green War of Wards challenge.

After learning that she hasn't told Louis about the way she was spoken to, Max thaws towards Kylie and offers a halfhearted apology. Will Kylie accept?

6. Ollie struggles with his past

When Russ's 16-year-old daughter is rushed to theatre, Ollie is keen to step up. Left to his own devices in theatre, Ollie struggles with his demons and ends up buckling under pressure.

Acknowledging that this was a step too far, Hanssen and Russ agree to keep a closer eye on Ollie from now on – but is there more going on here than meets the eye? Quite possibly...

7. Ollie hides a dark secret

After a challenging day, Ollie attempts to speak to Hanssen, but is intercepted by Russ. Ollie tells Russ that he wants to tell Hanssen the truth, but Russ lies that he has already tried.

Panicked, Ollie is adamant that he needs to be honest with Hanssen before it's too late, but what is he hiding?

Holby City airs these scenes on Tuesday, November 2 at 7.50pm on BBC One.
