Next week on Holby City, Henrik's friendship with Sahira is torn apart, while Louis and Max make a sad discovery and Lucky grows suspicious of Kian.
Here's a full collection of the seven biggest moments coming up:
1. Henrik urges Sahira to see the truth
Hanssen finds himself compromised now the truth is out about Reyhan’s abuse.
With Sahira refusing to believe what she is hearing, she remains adamant that her father is innocent and devastates Henrik by deciding to leave Holby altogether. Will Sahira walk away from her lifelong friend just as he needs her most?
2. Louis makes a worrying discovery
When Louis discovers that his old friend Vicky is caught in a toxic and highly dangerous relationship, he vows to help her – no matter what.
Fearing for Vicky's safety, Louis promises to get her the money she needs to start afresh– insisting that he owes his life to her.

3. Max's mum arrives in the ED
Max is concerned when her unwell mum Sanya (played by former EastEnders and Doctors star Doña Croll) is brought into the ED, but a further problem awaits when she struggles to accept grandson Louis' transition.
With Sanya upset following her run-in with Louis, Max explains that there is a way she can make it up to Louis as he needs to borrow some money.
Sanya agrees – but when Louis hears the unacceptable conditions of the loan, he knows he can't accept it.
4. Louis takes shocking action
Determined to help Vicky regardless, Louis realises that he needs to think outside the box if he wants to keep her safe.
After being given an idea, Louis matters into his own hands and does something unthinkable. But will he live to regret it?
5. Ange and Josh are almost caught out
Ange enjoys another passionate encounter with Josh, who is keen to make their secret hook ups a regular occurrence.
However, when Lily knocks at the door, Ange frantically tries to cover her tracks – which includes leaving a naked Josh high and dry.
6. Henrik reports Reyhan to the police
When Henrik urges Sahira to ask her son Abs if Reyhan has ever been inappropriate with him, she lashes out and slaps him.
Later, Henrik bravely explains the extent of Reyhan's abuse, before reporting him to the police.
7. Lucky is suspicious of Kian
Although Kian tries to convince Lucky that his drug taking is a thing of the past, she's not so sure.
When Kian later meets a charming young patient in need of his medical expertise, he attempts to persuade Lucky that he is fit for purpose. But is Lucky's distrust of Kian actually putting lives at risk?
8. Max and Louis get some unsettling news
Max is left distraught when Sanya's condition takes a turn for the worse and she needs emergency surgery.
Ange explains to Max that Sanya was diagnosed with breast cancer 18 months ago – and there's something else they need to know, too.
Max later explains to Louis that Sanya tested positive for the BRCA1 mutation gene, meaning they now need to be tested as well.
