Next week on Holby City, Sacha's behaviour causes more concern, Kian gets an ultimatum and Cameron makes another murderous move.
Here's a full collection of the seven biggest moments coming up.
1. Sacha makes a shock move
Sacha's sad story takes centre stage next week, as his worrying behaviour starts to have a detrimental effect on his work.
Clearly not coping, Sacha shocks his colleagues by making a controversial decision while operating on a cancerous patient. He then implies the same aggressive, and highly impulsive, communication when delivering the news to the patient's husband.
As concern for Sacha grows, his true feelings for new girlfriend Jodie become all the more apparent when he coldly dismisses her attempts to reach out to him.
2. Dom and Donna take action
Sacha's actions, unsurprisingly, have a big impact on his colleagues – most notably, Donna and Dom, who make another attempt to get through to him.
Donna and Dom are deeply concerned about Sacha's actions and ultimately make the difficult decision to report him to Max.
Before long, Max is also getting involved – telling Sacha that there has been a complaint about his work ethic and that he needs to consider if he's in a fit state to work.
With Sacha devastated, it's Jodie who bears the brunt of his emotions again as they have an explosive row.
3. Jodie has a secret
Holby City will be delving into Jodie's backstory a bit more next week, as her mum Linda turns up at the hospital.
There's already been some telltale signs of Jodie hiding a mysterious past, but viewers will be left wondering just what exactly has gone on following Linda's visit.
Although a giddy Jodie tries to tell her about Sacha, Linda insists that she doesn't want her daughter back in her life, as her dad still can't forgive her for what she's done. What has happened?
4. Chloe tries to warn Nicky
A smitten Nicky has gone public with her relationship with Cameron, but it's clear there is going to be no happy ever after here.
With Chloe still reeling over Cameron's lies, she tries to warn Nicky that her new boyfriend is not all he seems.
Unfortunately, Nicky has her head too far into the clouds to listen to the warning signs, and simply dismisses Chloe's advice as jealousy.
5. Cameron's scheming has fatal consequences
Horrified over Cameron's sly behaviour, Chloe ultimately chooses to regain control and distance herself. Determined not to let her slip through his fingers again, Cameron tries to win her round in the only way he knows how.
Wanting to showcase his talent, Cameron resorts to tricks of old by interfering with a patient's treatment. However, when things don't go according to plan, the patient is sent into crisis and Cameron is left with blood on his hands – again.
6. Jodie covers for Sacha
When Sacha is reprimanded over his explosive outburst, it's down to Jodie to step in and save him from punishment.
With Max demanding that Sacha takes some time off – with immediate effect – Jodie lies and tells her that she was one who got violent.
Her cover story works, and Sacha is let off the hook, but is their relationship heading in a dark direction?
7. Clayton threatens Kian
Following his discovery, Clayton corners Kian and tells him to come clean with Jac over his secret drug.
With his own feelings for Jac also coming to play here, Clayton initially takes the soft approach and urges Kian to be honest.
However, when Kian fails to take his advice, Clayton threatens to out him as a fake. But when Jac confesses her love for him, will Kian take the opportunity to come clean?
Holby City airs these scenes on Tuesday, December 1 at 7.50pm on BBC One.
