Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

This week on Home and Away in Australia, Leah stepped up her fight to bring Susie to justice following her dramatic departure from Summer Bay.

Elsewhere, Jasmine was left devastated by the horrible truth about Lewis, while Nikau was offered an exciting new career opportunity.

Here are seven big questions we've been left with after the latest Australian episodes.

1. Could Susie still be caught out?

It has been nearly a month since sneaky Susie fled from Summer Bay with Justin and Leah's life savings, but Leah remains determined that she shouldn't escape punishment for her ruthless crimes.

This week, Leah spent most of her time perusing an online forum focusing on scams and discovered more compelling evidence of Susie's past cons. A clear pattern emerged showing Susie's modus operandi and Leah was also able to find other aliases that she has used in the past.

Leah became so fixated on her quest for justice that Justin grew concerned she was becoming obsessed with her mission. Roo and Marilyn also urged caution when Leah suggested getting a fragile John on board with her fightback, warning that he wouldn't be up to it.

So far, Leah seems to have enjoyed more luck than the police when it comes to investigating Susie's past. With her efforts, is there still a chance that Susie could face her comeuppance?

2. Will Amber and Dean split up?

Dean recently showed his commitment to Amber by raising the possibility of having more children with her, but there was a setback for the Summer Bay couple this week. When Amber told Dean that she loved him, he was unable to say the same in return.

With Willow no longer living in Summer Bay, Amber turned to Dean's sister Mac for a heart-to-heart instead. Mac, who had her own heartbreaking experience with Ari to draw on, questioned Amber on whether she was willing to settle for being Dean's second best. Amber was left to consider the worrying possibility that Dean is still in love with Ziggy.

Dean later offered various reassurances to Amber, even though he still didn't want to use the L-word until he really meant it. Amber seemed to accept his excuses for now, but has a seed of doubt been planted in her mind over the future of their relationship?

3. Will Jasmine and Tori's tensions be reignited?

Jasmine and Tori's friendship has been on stable ground for a while, but Lewis's evil scheming has now threatened to drive a wedge between them. This week's episodes saw Lewis come close to killing Christian as he attempted to avenge the death of his ex-partner Anna.

Christian was saved when Tori and Jasmine rushed to the rescue just in time. However, during the nail-biting fight to save Christian's life, a freaked-out Tori told Jasmine to stay well away from him.

Jasmine later confided in Irene with her fears that Tori would somehow blame her for bringing Lewis into their lives and causing so much destruction. Can the friends unite in this time of trouble, or will the trauma of the situation ultimately tear them apart again?

4. What next for Jasmine?

Lewis's arrival in Summer Bay was supposed to be Jasmine's chance for a fresh start after the tragedy of Robbo's death last year. It was thanks to her relationship with Lewis that Jasmine reached some key milestone moments in her life, such as taking off her wedding ring as she was ready to take a chance on love again.

Sadly, with Lewis's evil agenda now exposed to all, Jasmine has been left with the realisation that she trusted the wrong man. Could this destroy the positive progress she has made with her life in recent months?

5. Are Ryder and Chloe over already?

It was a difficult week for Ryder, as Mac gave him a promotion at Salt but warned that he'd have to face the difficult side of management. This meant having to fire his own girlfriend Chloe with the excuse of the restaurant being "over-staffed".

Loyal Ryder was unable to give Chloe her marching orders, so Mac harshly did it for him. Chloe was heartbroken to realise that Ryder had known of Mac's intentions in advance and failed to give her the heads-up.

The fallout turned into a scandal that got everyone in Summer Bay talking, as Mac freely admitted that she was getting rid of Chloe for personal reasons. After everything that happened with Ari, a troubled Mac claimed that Chloe's presence at work made her feel uncomfortable, so it was better to let her go.

After losing her job, Chloe challenged Ryder for not doing more to stand up for her and warned that she expects better from her boyfriend. Ryder tried to take this on board by quitting Salt in protest, but this still may not be enough to satisfy Chloe.

6. Does Nikau have a new career on the horizon?

Nikau joined Bella as she attended an awards ceremony in the city, where she had won a prize for her photography. Much to Nikau's surprise, it wasn't just Bella who was centre of attention at the event.

Bella had submitted a photograph of Nikau as her entry to the contest, which meant all eyes were on him at the party. The next morning, a top modelling agent who had been in attendance contacted Nikau and offered him some work.

Bella was excited about the news, but became confused when Nikau insisted that he'd be turning the opportunity down, not wanting to be part of the "fake" modelling world. With Bella refusing to let it go, could Nikau change his mind about becoming a model?

7. Is Justin facing a downward spiral?

There were more worrying scenes for Justin this week, as he continued to struggle with back pain after his recent health troubles. Justin has been taking more painkillers than prescribed, so ran out of his supply before he was supposed to.

When Justin's doctor refused to prescribe him any more pills for at least a week, he had to resort to other methods to get a new supply.

Repeating his previous mistake, Justin continued to over-medicate. It seems like a concerning dependency could be developing, which can only result in more problems for Justin.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
