Next week's Home and Away episodes see Irene Roberts's trial reach a surprising conclusion, while Jasmine Delaney is in terrible danger.

Here's a full collection of seven storylines coming up.

1. Jasmine's kidnap ordeal

Robbo's enemies have struck again, kidnapping Jasmine in order to increase the pressure on him to find Dylan Carter. Jasmine is being held in an abandoned warehouse building by villainous Des and his fellow crooks Lenny and Fitz.

As Lenny was shot during the kidnapping attempt, Jasmine is ordered to use her medical knowledge and fix him quickly. Jasmine obliges, but sends out Fitz to get some very specific supplies – hoping it'll serve as a message to Robbo.

2. Robbo rushes to the rescue

Jasmine's plan pays off when the police receive a report of an armed robbery at a chemist in Reefton Lakes. Robbo realises the stolen items are the exact list of supplies that Jasmine previously gave him for what Dylan Carter would have needed to treat his gunshot wound. It seems his new wife is trying to send a message over her location.

Robbo and Colby manage to narrow down the search to the warehouse where Jasmine is being held. Sadly, by the time they arrive, the criminals have already taken Jasmine off to a new hideaway. It dawns on Robbo that the only way out of this mess is to pacify the gang and find Dylan.

3. Irene hears her verdict

It's a momentous day for Irene as she appears in court to hear her fate after her trial for attacking Tommy. Much to the surprise and horror of her loved ones, Irene is found guilty.

Fortunately, we don't need to get any "Free The Summer Bay One" T-shirts printed. The judge shows leniency by giving Irene a good behaviour bond rather than a prison sentence, as well as a mandatory order for further counselling from her support group.

4. Raffy leaves Summer Bay

It's the end of an era for the Morgan family, as they wave goodbye to youngest sibling Raffy. The Summer Bay teen has been accepted onto a medical trial in Victoria, allowing her to get the help she needs for her epilepsy.

Ryder is delighted for Raffy as they catch up one last time, but he's also upset to be losing such a close friend. Despite their recent tensions, Raffy assures Ryder that they'll still be mates even when she's living in another state.

Marilyn also struggles with mixed feelings after the news, especially when Raffy doesn't get a chance to say a proper goodbye to her. However, when Marilyn later reads a letter that Raffy left behind, she's touched to realise that her former foster child didn't forget her.

5. Maggie and Ben's struggles continue

Roo tries her best to play matchmaker between Maggie and Ben after their recent estrangement, conspiring so that they're both invited along to the same dinner party. Her efforts backfire when Ben suspects that Maggie was involved in the charade and he doesn't react well to the subterfuge.

Alf later seeks out Ben and clarifies that Roo was to blame for the fiasco, rather than Maggie. However, Alf also has some words of wisdom for Ben, insisting that he should give Maggie more of an opportunity to understand his depression.

Alf relates the situation to his own history with Martha, pointing out that things could have been very different if he'd been given a chance to help with her problems.

Ben ends up apologising to Maggie for overreacting, but he also urges her to be patient as he isn't ready to come home yet.

6. Karen crosses a line

When Karen takes on a trial shift at Salt, she struggles with a lack of self-confidence and some early mistakes. She also starts to feel unwell from the effects of her medication, but soldiers on because she doesn't want to let anybody down.

Karen's problems continue when she makes another blunder, spilling some food on John. When John complains and makes a fuss, Karen makes the situation ten times worse by deliberately dumping a drink over his head.

Dean is alarmed that the Karen of old seems to be making an unwelcome reappearance. When she later faints, Dean unfairly accuses her of putting it on for attention.

Once mother and son have worked through their latest issues, Karen says goodbye to Dean and leaves Summer Bay again – but she inadvertently throws another spanner in the works before she goes.

Having enjoyed getting to know Ziggy over the past few weeks, Karen jokingly makes a reference to future grandchildren. Ziggy laughs and suggests that it may well happen one day, but Dean is shocked as he'd never imagined having children. Do the couple want different things?

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5, with first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR.
