70% of Spanish prison's inmates test positive for COVID

The army has been sent in to disinfect a prison in eastern Spain after more than 70% of its inmates tested positive for the coronavirus. Officials are unsure of how the virus entered the prison, which has had isolation restrictions in place since January 12.
