Traditional Chinese medicine practitioner and acupuncturist James Mutkin will hold two one-day events of TCM massage, Thai yoga, shiatsu, gong baths and acupuncture on July 17 and 18, while if nutrition’s your thing, Amanda Porter will take guests through a two-day digestive health journey to address issues like IBS, acid reflux, constipation and bloating, and offer approaches to gut health and abdominal massage on July 23-24 and September 17-18. For spiritual souls meanwhile, druids Jo Dunbar and Adrian Rooke will hold a Celtic healing ritual involving sacred singing, guided meditations and plenty of forest immersion on July 26 and 27.
