In next week's Emmerdale, Lydia struggles in the aftermath of being raped by Craig, while Cathy lashes out after her PMDD diagnosis.
Meanwhile, Cain and Caleb go on a mystery trip.
Here are the nine big moments to watch.
1. Lydia struggles
In the aftermath of her horrific rape, Lydia is beside herself, struggling to cope.
Keeping the traumatic events to herself, Lydia is forced to endure the memories alone. Will she decide to report Craig to the police?
2. Cathy is diagnosed
Cathy is relieved to finally have an official diagnosis of PMDD and so is her family. However, the good news is short lived as Cathy soon realises there is no cure for her disorder. She is only offered treatment to manage her condition.
Angry and frustrated by the doctor's suggestions, Cathy lashes out at home, telling Bob she will do whatever it takes to find a cure.
3. Cathy attacks Wendy
Despite her family's attempts to reason with her, Cathy is insistent on finding a cure. In her fury, she throws a garden ornament through the B&B window which narrowly misses Manpreet.
In an effort to calm her down, Wendy gets hold of Cathy but the teen shoves Wendy to the ground. Bob runs to help but suffers with chest pains.
While Manpreet checks Bob over, Cathy is upset at her dad's condition, but Wendy tells her to leave. Mortified Cathy runs off with an injured, bleeding hand.
4. Cathy jumps to conclusions
Liam finds Cathy outside Tenants Cottage with her injury. Hurt and upset, she begrudgingly allows him to look at it.
As they talk, Cathy is grateful for Liam's promise to talk her PMDD seriously but soon she jumps to conclusions. Has Liam given her false hope?
5. Manpreet feels guilty
After Victor's shock death, grieving Claudette admits she needs Charles' support more than she let on.
Listening to devastated Claudette mourn, Manpreet feels guiltier than ever for keeping Charles' secret about planting the necklace on Victor.
6. Amelia settles in
After moving into The Woolie with Chas, Amelia begins to settle into a new life without her dad.
Keen to thank Chas for her support, she offers to help her one-time step mum behind the bar, pulling pints alongside Chas.
7. Gabby plans to leave
Believing her life is in tatters, with reminders of Nicky's betrayal everywhere she looks, Gabby makes plans to leave Emmerdale for good.
Will she go through with her plans to sell up and start afresh or will something change her mind?
8. Cain and Caleb go on a secret trip
While having fun alongside the newly initiated Dingle – his brother Caleb – Cain receives a mysterious text. Turning to Caleb, Cain asks if he wants to get out of town for a while.
Cain's determined to keep the reason for their road trip secret so he asks Caleb to make up a good excuse to lie to suspicious Moira and Chas.
As the pair of now chummy brothers head off on their secret trip, Moira watches on, furious because she asked him not to leave.
9. David's feelings for Victoria return
In the shop, David admits his feelings for Victoria are blossoming again. The couple split late last year, when Victoria dumped him for being selfish and committing fraud.
But next week David tells Jacob he's falling in love with Vic again, Jacob's not happy. Will Jacob give David some home truths?
