A12 crash in Colchester causes heavy traffic on busy Essex road
There has been an crash on the A12 Southbound which is causing rush hour delays, according to traffic reporting system INRIX. The A120 eastbound between the junctions with the A12 and the A136 near Colchester is currently backed up with traffic as a result of the incident.
The crash was first reported at about 5.15pm today (Thursday, September 12). The incident is reported to have happened at J29 of the A120, also known as the Crown interchange.
According to National Highways, normal traffic conditions are expected between 6:45pm and 7pm today (September 12). There are currently delays of 15 minutes against expected traffic.
