Aberdeen pubs slash pint prices to just £2 for entire fortnight - check your local

Thousands of pubs across Scotland are offering £2 pints to punters during the month of September, and it's good news for Aberdonians seeking a bargain.

Pub firm Greene King are running the promotion across their boozers in the UK for a fortnight from Wednesday, September 4 to Friday, September 18.

This tempting deal coincides with a late burst of summer sunshine, with temperatures set to climb into the high teens this weekend.

And on Friday (September 6), the temperatures are looking pretty perfect for a trip to the pub, especially coupled with the offer of pints for £2.

The drinks that are reduced to just £2 in Greene King pubs include Tennent's, Amstel, Carlsberg, Fosters, Carling, Innis & Gunn, and West 4 Lager, writes the Daily Record.

Head of marketing, Olivia Robertson released a statement: "While we can’t guarantee that the Great British weather will get any better, we can guarantee good times ahead with our £2 Pint offer to toast the season and give reason for friends and family to gather socially before the end of summer at any one of our 700+ pubs nationwide.

"High street shops enjoy an end of summer sale – so why not your favourite local Greene King pub too. As always, our Greene King staff will be happy to serve all of our guests responsibly."

With so many pubs up and down the country being owned by the Greene King, there is a good chance your local could be on the list.
