Small patches of grass outside properties in an Aberdeen street have gone on the market with a guide price of £1,000, leaving one viral TikToker asking if they were 'taking the p***.'

Housing Horrors - famous for posting some of the most bizarre properties in the UK - shared a video online of the 'strips of land' currently on the market with Rightmove. Found on Wellside Circle in Kingswells, three strips of grass are currently up for grabs, and are described as being ideal for "parking and or storage."

All three plots are due to go to auction on Thursday, January 30, but they have gained attention in a viral TikTok with nearly one million likes. Singer and rapper Bushrod, who runs the popular account and has nearly 114,000 followers, shared the pictures used in Rightmove's listing of the patches of land.

Mocking their sale, he told viewers: "You couldn't even pay me a tenner to buy that bit of land." He went on to jokingly suggest the future owner could put a hot dog stand on it but that it might not please the neighbours, blasting its description of being ideal for parking as he added "you can barely fit a motorbike on it."
