Activists Say Barrel Bombs Used in Strikes on Daraa

Barrel bombs were dropped on the Daraa al-Balad area of Daraa city on February 15 as fighting between the Syrian regime and opposition intensified, local media said.

Six people were reportedly injured, including three children, in shelling on regime areas in Menshia in Daraa, Syria’s state news agency SANA said.

The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the Syrian regime carried out strikes on opposition locations in Daraa.
