Yahoo News Actress Laila Rouass, wife of snooker star Ronnie O'Sullivan, hides in freezer during Barcelona attack
Former Holby City actress Laila Rouass has told how she was swept up in the horror of the Barcelona attack, sheltering in a freezer while gunshots rang out around her.
Rouass, wife of snooker star Ronnie O'Sullivan, tweeted as the attack was unfolding around her:
In the middle of the attack. Hiding in a restaurant freezer. Happened so fast. Praying for the safety of everyone here x

She later tweeted her thanks to the restaurant staff, adding: "I love Barcelona".

Rouass, 46, starred in Footballers' Wives.from 2004-2006, and played Sahira Shah in Holby City for a year from 2011. She was also a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, coming fourth in 2009.
She married O'Sullivan in 2012.
