TWO women have been sent for trial accused of offences including causing actual bodily harm.
Danielle James and Jody Rock appeared before Hereford magistrates each accused of two offences in November.
The court heard 37-year-old James is accused of assaulting a woman, causing her actual bodily harm, in Hereford on April 16, and pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of the same woman and which she knew or should have known amounted to the harassment of her by sending her 11 voice notes, seven missed calls, and seven Snapchat messages between April 2 and 14.
Rock, 38, is accused of assaulting the same victim, causing actual bodily harm, in Hereford on April 16, and sending an electronic message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character on April 4.
The pair both entered not guilty pleas, the court heard.
