Superstar Adele is understood to be planning a mega renovation of two adjoining Kensington houses, which will include one bedroom larger than the average semi-detached house.

Plans for the immense £13m house show a room covering a staggering 1,000sq ft, almost as big as the overall average for a home in England and Wales, which measures 1,033sq ft.

The suite will take up the entire first floor and will have his and hers bathrooms, dressing rooms and a glass landing.

The basement will boast a two-car garage and a vast playroom for her lucky eight-year-old son Angelo.

The ground floor will be where Adele and sports agent boyfriend Rich Paul spend most of their time with a living room, dining room, kitchen and study.

On the lavish top floor there will be three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an extra playroom for Angelo.

The transformed property will be finished off with Juliet balconies painted black in keeping with the local conservation area.

Adele is no stranger to property multi-buys, she’s thought to have just added a third Beverly Hills home to her collection.
