Adele has revealed that she'd like to apply to university and get a degree after her Las Vegas residency.

The Easy On Me singer, 34, didn't go to university as her music career had taken off.

But according to The Sun she has now said she fancies studying English literature at some point.

Adele apparently opened up during a fan Q&A in LA, saying: "After Vegas I really want to get a degree in English literature.

"If I hadn’t made it in my singing, I think I would definitely be a teacher. I think I’d be an English lit teacher."

The singer-songwriter said she feels as if she uses her "passion" for literature in what she does.

"But even though it’s not like I’d go on to get a job from my degree, I wish I had gone to university, I wish I’d had that experience," she added.

The Rolling In The Deep star said she wouldn't actually go to uni now but that she would study online with the help of a tutor.

"That’s my plan for 2025," she told fans.

Adele opened up about her love of the subject last year when her old English teacher made a surprise appearance at her An Audience With Adele performance at the London Palladium.
