The limited edition Copa70 from Adidas has finally arrived as sneakerheads and football fans scramble to snatch a pair.
In honour of the company's 70th birthday, Adidas has brought out a new pair of football boots paying tribute to the brand's legacy.
The COPA70s are a modern re-creation of the iconic Copa Mundial, which have been worn by some of the most recognised footballers on the planet since their introduction more than 30 years ago.
Based on the 1982 original, the company says the COPA70 pays homage "to a classic and timeless silhouette while also introducing a modern twist".
They add: "The COPA70 is a living embodiment of the Adidas principle of ‘authenticity to progression'.
"The boot, which has a silhouette that celebrates the past while also including modern technology, represents the evolution of the Adidas football brand over the last seventy years."
But what does this mean in reality? Well, the boot has merged the Mundial's iconic looks with modern technology.
And it certainly looks like a modern version of the classic Mundial, featuring the famous three stripes emblazoned on the side.
Adidas has used what they call "Primeknit" for the upper part of the boot, leather on the lining while the studs have been capped with red.
The company has also released two limited edition trainers based on the boot, featuring the same prime knit uppers but with a new sole.
