Aerial Footage Shows Flooded Italian Countryside After Heavy Rains

Land was inundated with rainwater in Rignano Garganico – a town in the province of Foggia in the Apulia region of southern Italy – officials said on July 19, amid widespread flooding in Europe.

The rains in Italy came on the heels of catastrophic flooding in Germany and Belgium that has killed at least 190 people in recent days, with nearly 300 people unaccounted for, according to reports.
