Aerial footage displayed the destruction and breadth of burning fires faced by fire crews battling the CZU Lightning Complex Fire in Santa Cruz County, California, on August 20.
CAL FIRE said the wildfire had grown to at least 48,000 acres, with two fire responders injured, 50 structures have been destroyed and approximately 48,000 people being evacuated.
Further evacuations were ordered on August 20 for Santa Cruz County and surrounding areas due to the fire.
