Typhoon Hinnamnor traveled through the southeast Korean peninsula on Tuesday, September 6, leaving three dead and eight missing, according to local news reports.

While typhoon warnings were lifted across South Korea, a windstorm advisory and a storm surge advisory remained in place on September 6, the Korea Meteorological Administration said.
