Air ambulance lands at Stoke-on-Trent park
An air ambulance has landed at a Stoke-on-Trent park. The 999 helicopter touched down at Monks Neil Park in Chell Heath this morning (January 13).
Paramedics were sent to the 'medical emergency' at around 8am before taking the patient to the Royal Stoke University Hospital.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called to a medical emergency in a private residential property in the Chell Heath area at around 8am today. An ambulance and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Tatenhill responded to the property where crews treated and conveyed a patient to hospital by land ambulance."
