Airlines reroute flights after EU warns against using Belarusian airspace

Airlines have rerouted flights around Belarus after the European Union warned carriers against flying over the country, in the wake of a Ryanair flight being forced to land there on Sunday. Air France and Singapore Airlines have both announced they will change flight paths. Minsk will see some financial consequences from this move, as the country earns fees from planes using its airspace.
