Aldi’s Baby and Toddler event returns for August 2018 with prices starting at just 85p

Aldi has brought back its popular Baby and Toddler event which starts in-store today.

Whether you are expecting or already have a tiny tot, the budget retailer's Specialbuy event offers the perfect opportunity for mums and dads to save some serious cash.

The epic sale has been available online since last weekend, but shoppers can find heaps of baby bargains in-store from today – from cut-price toiletries to nursery furniture, it covers pretty much everything a parent could want and priced more like a Black Friday deal rather than a soggy August afternoon.

One of the biggest bargains we came across was the Ambiano Baby Food Nutrient Blender for only £29.99, which is half the price of the Nutribullet Baby Food Processor.

The best-selling Baby Snuggle Nest from last year’s event is back for 2018 but with a new shape. Priced at £19.99, it’s designed to make nap time easier and is suitable for babies aged 0-6 months.

Other stand-out deals include Moses Baskets that come in bundles with a folding stand (£29.99) and Aldi's popular own-brand nappies (85p for a 24-pack).

Expectant parents can also take advantage of a cot bed, changing unit and nursery wardrobe to get set for their new arrival.

But like all SpecialBuys, stock is limited – so you'll need to fill up your baskets soon.
