Aldi confirms opening date of new North London store
Aldi will welcome customers to its newest store in Haringey this month. The supermarket giant is opening its doors on Muswell Hill Broadway after an 8am ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, November 21.
This will be second Aldi within the North London borough and it has created 26 jobs. News of this opening comes just one month after Islington's Holloway Road branch was unveiled.
The first 30 customers in line for the grand opening will receive a goody bag of fruits and vegetables from table tennis star Aaron McKibbin. Store Manager Fabio Belingheiri said: “We can’t wait to open the doors to the new store in Muswell Hill.

"It’s set to be a special day and having Paralympic hero Aaron McKibbin join us will make it a morning to remember.” Once open, the trading hours will be 8am-10pm every day bar Sunday, when they are 11am-5pm.
The Muswell Hill site is one of three London shops planned to open before the end of the December. Other locations include Leytonstone and Beckton, as well as two just outside the capital in Waltham Cross and Caterham.
These, as well as the Holloway Road store, are all part of a wider £800 million investment to open 23 new Aldi stores across the UK before New Year's Eve. Supermarket bosses says they will also revamp another 100 shops nationwide as part of the plans.
You can find Aldi at 412 Muswell Hill Broadway, N10 1DJ.
