Aldi's perfect mulled wine recipe for this festive season

Mulled wine is a staple in the winter months, whether you love or hate red wine there is something about that hot beverage that gets you feeling extra warm inside.

Or, for those who are wanting to make their own this winter then you can buy all the ingredients you need from Aldi at a bargain price.

Here is a list of everything you need to make the perfect brandy mulled wine from Aldi with zesty orange rind, sugar and mixed spice. The recipe serves six people and is ready within 5 minutes.
Ingredients
150ml Napoleon Brandy
75cl bottle Red Wine (Shiraz works well)
2 large Oranges
35g Demerara Sugar
1 heaped tsp Mixed Spice
Method
Firstly, cut the rind from the oranges, removing any white pith and then you will need to juice the oranges.
Next, put the orange juice and rind, and all the other ingredients into a medium sized pan and gently heat to melt the sugar.
Simmer for 15 minutes and serve with an orange slice and enjoy!
