Thanking her fans for sending her homemade presents for her little one, she continued: "And I just want to say, if I've missed anybody, a big thank you to everybody who's knitted and given little gifts for the baby.”
"There's about 24 cardigans, she’s gonna be in cardigan heaven!" joked Jones.
"Honestly, I loved every minute. It's very hard to leave," added the presenter with tears in her eyes.
As well as making a remote appearance to introduce the baby to the show right after the birth, Jones made a quick comeback last month to co-host with Jermaine Jenas when presenting the opening of the RHS Garden of Hope at the Chelsea Flower Show.
Talking about little Annie, Jones said: "You know what, we have been great. The boys are taking to little Annie brilliantly."
