Yahoo News Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to Chelsea, Thomas Lemar to Arsenal: The most likely London Premier League transfer arrivals
Tottenham are closing in on the signing of Davinson Sanchez and Mauricio Pochettino is setting his sights on further deals.
Sanchez is expected to arrive this week for a fee that could rise to £40million, while Spurs are also targeting Ross Barkley and Papa Chiekh Diop.
The Tottenham boss said on Friday: "I want four players. It's possible yes but it's not easy."
Meanwhile, Antonio Conte is still hoping to bring in the same number as the Blues prepare a second bid for Leicester's Danny Drinkwater.
Conte hopes to add to his midfield, while he has suffered setbacks in attempts to land both Alex Sandro and Cedric Soares.
Arsenal's focus remains primarily on keeping big names at the club, though they remain interested in Thomas Lemar.
West Ham are in negotiations with William Carvalho, while Palace are expected to do a handful of deals before August's transfer deadline.
Responding to reports of a move for Oliver Burke, De Boer said: "He (Burke) is a very young, promising Scottish player. He's from Great Britain so it's always interesting to see those kind of players."
