Alison Hammond shows off weight loss on work trip with Joe Swash

Alison Hammond recently revealed her incredible weight loss with a new Twitter profile pic after overhauling her diet and lifestyle as part of her new role as an ambassador for Weight Watchers, now known as WW.

Now, the This Morning star has taken to Instagram to share snaps of a work trip to Rome with Joe Swash – and her followers were quick to comment on how good she looked.

Alison posted a photo of herself posing with Minnie Mouse, on board a Disney cruise ship.

"Having a ball on board Disney Magic @disneycruiseline for @thismorning competitions, love Minnie , first female captain 👩✈️ #girlpower," she wrote.

"You’re looking absolutely amazing, well done," one fan commented. Another wrote: "Skinny Minnie".

The much-loved presenter recently explained why she'd decided to become an ambassador for WW.

"I am 44 now, and there are certain things I can't do, and I am the sort of person who wants to embrace life and enjoy it," she told Hello!.

"I was doing WW way before WW even approached me, I went along to my local group because I saw my friend who I hadn't seen in two years, he literally looked like a different person," she added.

"I see lots of people losing weight, but they look like death, they have been doing it all the wrong way they don't eat, there was something about my friend… I saw happiness. It's 2lb a week weight loss so it is a healthy weight, I am looking at this like a 'two- or three-year project Hammond', I am enjoying the journey."
