Alvaro Morata has thanked fans for his new song after Chelsea condemned a previous chant which included anti-Semitic language.

In the away win at Leicester two weeks ago, a section of Blues supporters sang a song in praise of the 24-year-old which took aim at fierce rivals Tottenham which was deemed "not acceptable at all."

On Saturday, as Morata scored his first hat-trick since arriving for a club-record fee, supporters changed the words of the chant to: "Alvaro, Alvaro, he comes from sunny Spain, he's better than Harry Kane."

Morata took to Twitter to thank the fans, while Antonio Conte also expressed his gratitude for the support as Stoke City were beaten 4-0 at the bet365 Stadium.
