New Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata was swamped by fans after he arrived in Singapore on Saturday ahead of his first meeting with his new teammates.

Morata, 24, completed his big-money move to Antonio Conte's side on Friday after undergoing a medical and putting pen to paper on a five-year deal in London.

But, just 24 hours after leaving Real Madrid's pre-season training base in LA, the Spaniard was on the move again - this time to Singapore where he will meet up with his new Chelsea teammates on Sunday.

After arriving at Singapore's Changi International Airport, Morata was given a warm welcome by dozens of Chelsea fans who asked for autographs and posed for pictures with the striker on Saturday.

While Morata was making his way from Singapore's airport to his hotel, Conte and the Chelsea squad were securing a 3-0 win over London rivals Arsenal in Beijing.

Shortly after the friendly victory, the team then made their way to the airport where they will fly to Singapore ahead of games against Bayern Munich and Inter Milan.
