Amanda Holden details "golden day" at Britain’s Got Talent auditions
Britain's Got Talent's Amanda Holden has detailed the 'golden day' that happened at the first day of auditions yesterday (October 15).
The latest season of the ITV competition series is currently filming acts auditioning gor judges Amanda, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and temporary judge KSI — stepping in to cover Bruno Tonioli — to secure a place in the live shows.
The official BGT Instagram account posted a video yesterday in which Amanda explained she'd pressed her golden buzzer (which puts an act right through to the semi-finals) for an act that is "not something that you would expect me to press it for".
That was followed by posts from Simon and KSI, revealing they'd also pressed their golden buzzers that day.

Appearing on Heart Breakfast this morning, Amanda talked about how the first day of auditions went down, stating: "It was a golden day yesterday. You know when you don't want to be sort of too premature. Three golden buzzers went off yesterday.
"I get this feeling in my water and it's normally about musical theatre or amazing, sort of, musical theatre singers, but if I'd woken up in the morning and somebody said 'You're going to press your golden buzzer for this' I would've gone 'Oh, no way.'
"This person is so good, I can't say anything else."

Also this week, KSI spoke about what kind of judge he'll be, telling Capital: "Everyone thinks I'm going to be an evil judge, I'm going to be a villain – I'm going to just press the red button as soon as they walk out.
"I might do that every now and then, but I'm just going to have fun with it and we'll just see what happens."
Britain's Got Talent airs on ITV1 and ITVX.
