Amanda Holden appears to have returned to work at Heart FM just a day after hosting her show from home amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The TV and radio star, 49, shared a series of funny updates as she presented her programme at home in her silky, pink pyjamas on Thursday.

But she shared a video on Instagram on Friday showing she was back at work and that she and co-host Ashley Roberts were taking “social distancing” seriously.

The cute clip shows the pair standing apart in accordance with official advice, and was captioned: “Practicing #socialdistancing keeping you company @thisisheart -today and every morning!! We CAN DO THIS.”

A day earlier, Holden revealed she was hosting her show from home – and admitted there were a few distractions.

She shared a hilarious clip of her dog licking her face while he sat on her lap, and another of her scrambling to get her headphones on in time for a segment.

Theakston said if he worked from home, he feared he would waste time perusing Instagram and munching biscuits.

Holden agreed: “If we end up having to do this, I will probably put on a lot of timber being at home!”
