Amazing Anti-Lego Slippers Let You Step On A Brick And Keep Building

There are few things more frustrating at Christmas time than stepping on a Lego brick in your bare feet in the middle of building a giant castle or the Millennium Falcon.

But all that is about to change, if you are lucky enough to get your feet on the new Lego slippers.

Or should that be anti-Lego slippers, because this footwear allows you to trample all over the bricks on the floor without feeling excruciating pain.

Danish toy giant Lego has let French advertising agency Brand Station design a Lego slipper to keep feet protected from bricks, minifigures and tiny lightsabers this Christmas.

The slippers are interchangeable - each can be worn on both feet - and they come in the famous Lego colours of red and yellow. The padding has been tested to withstand the impact of bricks on toes and soles.

However, Santa Claus’s list of recipients for the Lego slippers is a short one: only 1,500 pairs have been made by Brand Station.

French blog Piwee reports that they will be given at random to those who fill in a Christmas wish list form on the Lego France website.

The rest of the world might have to wait until next Christmas to get their feet into the Lego slippers.
