In company with Boxing Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Amazon Prime Day is one of the biggest shopping events in Canada (and around the world, at that).

Outside of the holiday season, the two-day shopping extravaganza is the best time of the year to score deals on TVs, electronics, home and garden equipment and more.

This year, the two-day Prime Day event will also mark the 20th anniversary of Amazon.ca — so expect lots of deals! The sale event will take place on July 12-13 and include deals on top brands like Beats, Casper, iRobot and SharkNinja.

However, you don't have to wait until July to score a Prime Day-worthy deal. While the official event runs between July 12 at 12 a.m. PST (3 a.m. EST) and July 13 at 11:59 p.m. PST (2:59 a.m. EST), shoppers can kickstart their Prime Day shopping with early deals that launched today.
