Ambulance Arrives to Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo Following Deadly Attack

At least 40 people were killed in multiple bomb attacks at churches and hotels in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday, April 21, according to the Sri Lankan news site Ada Derana.

Sri Lanka’s Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe condemned the “cowardly attacks” and said the government was taking “immediate steps to contain this situation.”
