TikTok "menace" Bacari Bronze O'Garro – better known by his social media name 'Mizzy' – appears to have set up a series of new accounts despite being sanctioned with social media restrictions and slapped with a fine after a video of him entering people's homes without permission went viral.

The 18-year-old self-proclaimed prankster appeared in court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to breaching a community protection order on 15 May.

He was issued fines totalling £385, and given a criminal behaviour order that states he must not directly or indirectly post videos on to social media without the documented consent of the people featured in the content.

However, just a day after being hit with the ban, Mizzy uploaded a series of videos onto social media platforms, that featured various pranks he appeared to have filmed prior to being issued with the order.

In one reel the "prankster" can be seen approaching a stranger on the street and screaming in his face, in another video in which he appears to look slightly younger, Mizzy films himself riding on the roof of a London bus.

In another video, Mizzy shared footage of himself riding a bike into a Sainsbury's supermarket, commenting the shops security were "slow" and clearly featuring the faces of numerous shoppers in the reel.

Appearing on Pier's Morgan Uncensored on TalkTV on Wednesday, following his appearance in court, Mizzy said he had apologised to the people in the viral house invasion video – but the interview quickly descended into chaos, with Morgan branding the social media personality "and idiot" and a "moron".

"It's not mad, it's moronic," Morgan told Mizzy. "It's the kind of thing anybody could do, and you do it for kicks and you do it for clicks and you get to get your little moment on TikTok."

Mizzy said he did feel remorse for some of the pranks he had pulled, but told Morgan: "The UK laws are weak, simple as – and that's not my fault."

"I wouldn’t call it terrorising, I would more call it having fun," he said of his videos. “But let me get this out of the way first, I apologise. You see this situation that blew up on the internet, like walking into random houses, the next day I apologised because I felt bad.”

He appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday where Mizzy's lawyer said that his client was neither in work nor education, but was instead in receipt of Universal Credit.

The lawyer added that his client had made some legitimate social media content, including playing games and discussing conspiracy theories.

The order Mizzy was issued also states that he must not trespass into private property, and that he must not attend the Westfield Centre in Stratford.

But while it does not appear to have deterred him from uploading old videos to social media, he did make a new video stating that his pranking days were over.

"I just wanted to let you guys know, I ain't a prankster no more – I got everything i wanted out of pranks," he said also describing himself as the "biggest prankster in the UK".
