Amtrak derailment: Train was speeding before crash

The NTSB says the data recorder located in the rear locomotive of the Amtrak train that derailed Monday in Washington state revealed the train was traveling at 80 mph in a 30-mph zone before it crashed. The derailment killed three people and sent at least 70 to the hospital.
