Amy, 35, was a guest at the fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City.

Though when she mingled with the star-studded crowd the honest script writer, stand-up comic and actress didn’t mince her words when she confided in megastar Beyoncé and said she felt out of her comfort zone.

In an interview with Howard Stern on his SiriusXM radio show on Tuesday, she recalled: “I got to meet Beyoncé and she was like, ‘Is this your first Met Gala?’ And I was like, 'It’s my last.’”

She added: “(It) felt like a punishment… It’s people doing an impression of having a conversation. …I don’t like the farce.“

All we want to know now is, who else did Amy talk to other than Beyoncé?

Admittedly, it would be hard to feel amazing when you’re staring Queen Bey in the face. However, Amy looked incredible in a beautiful red, figure-hugging Alexander Wang gown that featured chain straps and she wore her blonde hair swept back in volumous waves. Her outfit was fierce.

But the comedienne couldn’t make light of the situation when she added about attending such events: “We’re dressed up like a bunch of f**king a**holes.”

“I don’t like it” she added. “I have no interest in fashion. …I don’t care.”
