UPDATE: Anderson police locate person of interest, seeking another in connection with March 7 shooting

Mar. 14—ANDERSON — Two persons of interest in a March 7 shooting are being sought by the Anderson Police Department.

On March 7 about 3:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to an apartment in the 2700 block of West 16th Street.

Justin Fahenstock, 36, was suffering from a gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

Detectives arrested Andrew Coppess, 39, on felony charges of robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, aggravated battery and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful possession of a handgun.

Anderson police are looking for Patrick Brown, 52, as a person of interest in the investigation.

Police arrested Brandon Young, 34, on Thursday on a warrant for felony charges of robbery resulting in serious bodily injury and aggravated battery.
