Angelina Jolie moves house with the kids
Angelina Jolie and her six children have moved out of the home they shared with Brad Pitt.
The 41-year-old actress and her kids Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, eight, have relocated to a lavish property in The Hidden Hills in Los Angeles County and left their Malibu abode that they shared with the World War Z actor behind.
Their new home is double the size of their old digs and comes with a much lower price tag. It boasts two beach entry pools, a cascading waterfall, an 800-square-foot cabana and wine tasting room and costs $30,000 a month to rent which is practically a bargain compared to the $95,000 per month the family forked out in Malibu.
What’s more, Angelina and her brood aren’t the only famous clan in town since Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West live just two miles down the road.
Brad and Angelina lived in a number of sprawling estates – including the one above – across the US and Europe during their 12-year relationship but the latest move sees them physically going their separate ways and comes after the UN ambassador secured a temporary custody deal over their children, winning full physical custody for at least three weeks.
The couple announced their sudden divorce earlier this month and their constant bickering and differing parenting styles was cited as the main cause.
An insider said: “[Angelina] did try to make it work, but her kids come first, and she couldn’t let them see Mommy and Daddy like this. The fighting got worse, and they disagreed a lot about parenting and a lot of things.”
