Coronation Street aired plenty of twists tonight (December 11), as Michelle revealed to Kate and Rana that she knew about their secret relationship and will reveal it to everyone unless they do as she tells them.
How did we get to this point? Well, the two lovers were having a candlelit tryst in the Bistro after everyone else had gone home, when Michelle snuck in to steal from her own business (debt makes a soap character do crazy things).
Kate knocked Michelle out before going to tell Robert, who called the police before Michelle told him it was her.
With the authorities involved and the pressure to maintain consistent alibis across the board, Michelle went to Kate's house and the two revealed they knew each other's secrets, with Michelle taking the upper hand and blackmailing her own cousin.
